Stupid Connection Problem

I feel like I've tried absolutely everythingggggg IT'S RIDICULOUS NOW! it's just stuck on 'starting connection'!

1. OS version? Windows XP Media Edition
2. What firewalls you have? Only from Livebox which has been disabled but there was never an issue from that for limewire about a month ago, but then limewire began the 'Starting Connection...' issue so I tried Frostwire which has the exact same issue.
3. How much ram? Uhm 512
4. Hard Disk space available? about 82GB left
5. Connection type? Broadband
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Orange Livebox
7. Where are you trying to connect from? home
8. What version of FrostWire (FW) & Java do you have? FW- THE LATEST? NEW FOR THIS MONTH...SORRY DNO WHICH ONE THAT IS, THERE'S A PICTURE OF AN EYE WHEN OPENING LOOOL SORRY... JAVA? DUNNO WHICH VERSION BUT IT MUST BE QUITE NEW PROBABLY?
9. Who is your ISP provider? Orange
10. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? no
11. Is this a your 1st try at FW or is this a new problem with an experienced user? First try with FW but im used to Limewire!
12. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of FW's interface? Yes

PLEAAAAAAAAAAASE SOMEONE HELP

Is there any other identifying information on that router?
There should be a part number somewhere.
