lime site/forum dead
when i go to lime com and the lime forum i get this
is is an official notice that LimeWire is under a court-ordered injunction to stop distributing and supporting its file-sharing software. Downloading or sharing copyrighted content without authorization is illegal. im assuming both are dead

Seems so.
I uninstalled LW v5.x and installed v4.16.6 because there was supposedly no "back door" to disable it. I get zero connections and a legal notice. Looks like there's either a back door or someone found a way to shut them down. Uninstalled LW and installed the latest FrostWire v4.21.1 Works fine... though I still see other LW users as Ultrapeers. Weird.

You would probably need to update your Gnutella.net file for LW 4.16, but if happy using FW that's fine.
 My LW 4.16 often needs a fresh Gnutella.net file to help it connect, but it does connect. And still brings up my favorite rare kind of files in search results. On LW 4.16 just click on the white area to the side of the legal notice & it vanishes.

well if u guys need help in frost we are here
even forum dead oh welli have old lime exe here and i know theres new exes on dl com do any installers work or delete everything on my drive because its dead? Shutting lime down did NOTHING except bring them to FROST! and CONTINUE downloading
