i cant download files i make a private network, my two aplications can see each other, but if i search one file that i know exist in the another pc, i dont found nothing... why? i do the follow: modify cfg.java file modify phex.host and put only my both ips ant and run the .jar if i select in both installations the <general gnutella net> all works good. can some help me? thanks! |

I think the cause is that... both clients assume they are firewalled... and a firewalled client does not answer to queries of another firewalled client. Check for the state of "hasConnectedIncomming" in the "Server" class and analyze how it affects the response to queries in ShareManager.handleQuery If that is the cause...we need to fill in a bug report since it will criple private networks too much. |
