Default I don't understand this program

I just downloaded Phex and I don't know how to work it. I understand I need connections to even start searching for anything, but how do I get the connections. It just doesn't make sense. Please help me.

Default I still don't understand this program

Alright, so I tried the whole connection thing, but they all say error. I've tried to add them (I'm not the smartest person with this program and pretty much try anything, so I don't know if that's what I was supposed to do). Still I can't search for anything. I checked the site that was given to me, but I still couldn't find the help I need.

Default None

I waited a while to see if any connections would stay, but they all say error and disappear so after about 5 minutes I'm left with just a blank screen. I really don't think I have a personal firewall, I have Norton anti-virus, but there's no option for a firewall through that program. And yes, I am quite familiar with imesh I just don't like how you have to have a specific license to play the songs in a different media player. I'm sorry I've having such a difficult time with this. Hopefully I will understand it soon.

If you are running Windows XP SP2, then you may have to disable the built-in firewall. If you are in a networked environment, you may have another firewall that is interfering that is not on your machine. How are you connecting to the internet?

I had a similar problem. I had installed an earlier version of Phex and then installed the latest version, thinking it would update the older version. I couldnt connect to anything. I uninstalled both the old and new versions of Phex then reinstalled the latest version and it started to work fine.
