Download files inside the Phex folder might be something which could work. Though I'm not a very friend of it. Since the Phex version update and uninstall problem would exist.
The preferences would never go there, specially because since system can be multi-user and out of privacy preferences should be only user related and accessible. BTW: It sounds strange, but its defiantly not that easy to determine the Phex installation folder... Additionally Phex is not really required to be installed. You could put Phex files onto a network share and use it from Windows, Unix and OS X system in parallel. |

ok, i got the mp3 to go to another folder i set up and then search through and set, still nothing in my library, from a layman (me intermidate user) this is a huge problem. your going to have regular folks like me, downloading your program setting it up downloading a couple songs and not figuring out how to use the system. seems to work great, this is something your going to have to fix. big problem. i will continue to check this out from a intermediate user what if i was a beginner, i would have no idea how to fix this or use your program.

The Download window shows the directory where they files went to if you select the downloaded file.
You can right-click any downloading file to set its characteristics for downloading. ![]() Library window, you can Add folders for share. Perhaps you'd like to have your download folder the same as one of those you share. You can right-click any of the files in the Library window & choose Open file.
