Can anyone list me all the previously proposed bootstrap discovery methods used in p2p systems, esp. gnutella?
For example, I know that GWebCaches, statically configured hostcache, even IRC were used for discovery in gnutella. I want to know all the other methods used and/or contemplated.

It would help me academically. Thanks.
