All you have to do is replace your current hostlist.txt with fresh IPs. Open the hostlist.txt file in your Xolox folder with an editor (simple double click) and replace the content with the following encoded host caches. If it's not working I post my own hostlist. O;H29NN;:6346 O8H29NN;:6346 O9H29NN;:6346 O>H29NN;:6346 I8=?9H>;:6346 3HK>L?N::6346 ;=9=O=N2:6346 <9>ILfN::6346 <>>ILfN::6346 Greets Moak (Thx to gbrayut) |

Isn't that the same as changing the host cache servers like connect1.gnutellanet.com or is it more complicated with that client? Thanks for the info!!!!:) |

I did link to the refering post. The host caches will get fresh IPs for you, once you can't connect (never ever happened for me) replace the hostlist.txt again as described above. |
What is the big deal about XoloX? Someone please tell me in detail what it does that other current clients don't |
check it out yourself. Rumours say Xolox will come back, like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. http://www.zeropaid.com/news/article.../04082002f.php |
The new XoloX better have ultrapeers, chat, user files browsing, GGEP, Download Mesh, Full meta-data support, file hashing as well as all of the other proposals at the GDF. It also better be less of a resource and CPU hog than it was before... otherwise it's nothing special. |
