Country Codes

I've seen version strings that hat [ES] or or [IT] appended... does that mean they are in Spain or Italy?

I think it would be VERY useful if I could configure a preference of countries where I'd like my servent to collect and keep connections too.

For example, Anime collectors will want to be somewhere in [JP].

Is this possible?
