Another reason not to mis-label is so you don't accidentally get caught in vigilante reprisals yourself. Just recently there's been a new email virus that looks for suspiciously named files and sends a report to one of a number of law enforcement agencies. ;-)

Kinda a fun idea, but although a filename doesn't prove anything, you really don't want to be in the position of having to prove you're *not* a child pornographer!

Also you don't want to download this stuff even accidentally. In the USA, just having the stuff on your HD is enough to get you sent to prison, and I doubt the procecution or jury will care how it got there.

Many gnutella clients allow you to filter search results that have certain keywords. I'll usually make a list to filter out results with pre-teen, preteen, lolita etc. I don't want to see this stuff let alone accidentally download any of it (which in some clients is all to easy to do - especially when the terms are hidden in very long filenames).
