Hmm
Well, I don't know for sure, but if I had to guess I'd say it's probably for the same reason about 75% or so of the hosts out there are unreachable.
You have a firewall incorrectly configured. Make sure that the port that your Gnutella client uses (normally 6346) is passed through the firewall (or router) to your computer.
