 Hello! If your ISP has closed port 6346 on their routers then you can no longer access Gnutella.You can only change the listening port that listens for other hosts but to connect to the Gnutella network you need port 6346.There is no other available.So it seems that you are stuck and unable to connect to Gnutella over your University network. My suggestion would be that you either get yourself another ISP that provides ADSL service or simply to get yourself a modem connection for the soul purpose to access Gnutella.
