| figured it out... apparently through my AT&T cable connection I can't accept incoming connections on port 4662. this is what is stopping me from downloading. i guess sometimes (very seldom) i can connect through port 80 and download a little bit but not enough to get anything accomplished. fasttrack clients like kazaa lite let me set my port to 80 and i can download very well that way so i guess i'll just have to give up on the gnutella clients. i wasn't able to find any information on this on at&t's support pages. anyone know of anything i can do? any other at&t users out there that know which port i should use? |
