Re: Has Morpheus become unpopular? Quote: Originally posted by isothesun I've noticed that there's been little activity on the Morpheus forum in recent months. Has Morpheus fallen out of favor for any particular reason? It seems to offer a greater selection of files than does LimeWire. | Yes I think so. Many people realized that Gnutella isnīt Fasttrack, many went back to Kazaa. The people who stayed within the Gnutella net tried a few other clients and saw that there are better ones without ads and other crapware.
As PapaSMURFFS said, Limewire and Morpheus are using the same network so you find the same files with both clients - I am not sure can you see in Morpheus from which client you are downloading? If not try one where you can see it (not Limewire or Bearshare they are clustering, they connect mainly to own nodes), you will see that there arenīt many Morpheus clients left.
