Default still need help

i clicked stop sharing for my shared folder and it disappeared. a lot of people say to go file, add folder to share, and then there should be the folder "share" but mine isnt there. The only folder that i can make is one that says "root". i look in 3.8.6 and "root" is te only option. if i look in that folder the subfolder that comes up is "magnet10" and there is nothing in that folder....if i choose to use that folder and insert it no songs go into that folder. does anyone no how i can get my folder back or get a folder that i can put my downloaded songs into.
