What are the chances of me getting sued by the RIAA for using Limewire?

Hey everybody,
I know a lot of people are getting sued for downloading music of Kazaa. Is the same thing happening here? I'm just so sick of wasting money on cd's that I end up not liking. The RIAA is made up of a bunch of idiots. All these P2P programs help the music industry!
