 Naturally it would be better for the network, if you didn't shut down your computer, but since it is in your bedroom, just shut it down. The other members will be able to begin their downloads where they left them as soon as you start your computer again (as long as you have a static IP, else they will have to search again, or select "search for more sources", but then they will again be able to continue where they were before). Simply first exit LimeWire then shut down your Computer. I think it great that you think about those who download from you. If everybody acted that way, we'd have far faster downloads for everyone. best wishes to you!
