The best way (at least it worked for me) to move mp3's from one computer to another is to burn them onto disc as folders or regular files and not audio files. You can get much more on a cd if you burn them as files/folders in the toast selection menu. When you get your new computer running, just download the files. It's also cool cause you will have backups of all your songs if something suddenly goes crazy or you want to wipe out your hard drive and start from scratch.
