Hi Billy

Your English is good enough for me

For better help, see http://www.gnutellaforums.com/forumd...?s=&forumid=76

Your Cable Admin cannot block all ports, or email and web browsing would not work.

Here is more help http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=32882

Your only chance is using either a SOCKS proxy or a HTTP proxy that allows HTTP tunneling. If you have access to such a proxy server (most providers offer at least a HTTP proxy) you configure LimeWire to use that proxy at:
tools->options->advanced->proxy

There is a 50/50 chance that your provider's http proxy allows HTTP tunneling, so it may not work after all.

Setting limewire's listening port will have absolutely no effect in your case.
