Does anyone know if a network administrator could monitor what files I upload / download using Limewire?

There is none IMHO, correct me if I'm wrong.

But while gnutella is unencrypted and file transfers use normal HTTP, it should be easy to use tcpdump (GNU/Linux) together with a std filter.
