Yes the service is "free" but the files are provided by users... I think it is a good idea to force the people to upload files! And "THIS IS NO COMMERCE"... this is "SHARING"... Gnutella cannot survive without sharing - where do you want your files get from? Why should only a few users take the risk to be busted? Are we a community or not?
