Unhappy Java error while trying to install

Does anywone know what to with this error?

Invocation of this Java Application has caused an InvocationTargetException. This application will now exit. (LAX)

Followed by whole bunch of at java error messages...

Default To clarify...

That is the error message I receive every time I try to install LimeWire. I've got J2RE 1.4.1 installed correctly (I hope) and put the path in my .profile. I then chmod to the LimeWireLinux.bin to make it an executable. It gets to "Launching the installer", then bombs with that error message.

check out this thread and then get back to me, i got mine fixed but i had to do a few different things:

make sure you rid yourself of kaffe if you have it.
