Linux is not the problem. LimeWire is. You probably can't create magnet links for LimeWire (because it's not documented how to do that) and magnet-links Shareaza uses won't work with LimeWire.

Is there a plan to fix this in Linux/Unix? Is there a way to fix it? Has anyone requested that feature?
