 Files are only completed when they have reached 100% dwnlded. Don't get confused b/w the shared/LW dwnld folder & incomplete folder. When a file has 100% completed dwnlding, LW will move the file to the LW dwnld folder which can be found by 1. going to LW's menu Tools>Options>Saving & this will tell you the name, location & path of the LW dwnld folder. 2. Go to LW's Library window & select the Saved Files folder on the top left. Now select a file in that folder to the right of it. Now press the Explore button.
