Am I correct in assuming that Limewire won't run of a Linux PPC distro

afaik the only java available on Linux PPC is from IBM, and the last time someone tried it they couldn't get past the splash screen.
Give it a try, and let us know if you have better luck. |

Hey I've found a fix for Limewire on PPC. Seems it was a missing font in the IBM Java. I put the details here for a workaround:
