 Ubuntu and RPM Damien, You must remember Ubuntu doesn't support RPM by default. to install an RPM package you must use Alien. If I'm not mistaken, the proper command line is alien -i XXX.rpm XXX = Filename. I believe this first converts the RPM to a debian format then installs it.
