corrupt files

I have installed the new version of LW and when downloads are complete is keeps saying limewire has detected a corruption in the file(insert name here) would you like to continue the download? I select yes and it deletes the downloads!!! I have never had this problem before, and there is no way every frickin file i download is corrupt, a also can't find the files after it deletes them!!! I'm running OS X 10.2.. can anyone help me out here???!!!
