Install in Jaguar quits

Just bought the new 2.7 version. Trying to install under 10.2 Jaguar. I get the following error from the console.

Nov 11 18:06:28 DualG4 WindowServer[1416]: ERROR! execle(/private/var/root/Desktop/LimeWire_Installer.app/Contents/MacOS/LimeWire_Installer) returned, err=22

Have not heard back from Limewire staff. Does anyone know how to get this working. I tried installing as root. I tried moving the installer around and checking permissions. No Luck.

I have the same problem, also no reply from support.

Althogh Limewire still installed despite the errors, it slows everything down and the dock becomes unresponsive, it's really bad.

I tried to install it in an Admin account and got the same error, so it's a fundamental one.

I had installer probs in the past but it was due to the installer directory loacation.

Moving the installer to the desktop or the root level of the drive cured that. I have yet to try the latest update though...
