 Addendum: I have uninstalled the latest edition using its uninstaller, and then reinstalled to see if that makes a difference. I thought it was interesting that even after running the uninstaller, there wsa still a folder, there were still preferences and other files... shouldn't those be removed? Also, both times I have installed the latest edition, the attached error log file has been saved to my desktop. This is a new development, which has never occurred before.  |
