What type of player fo you need to play avi type video. or is it even possible to do on a mac?

We use Stimulus
http://www.ebutterfly.com Stimulus doesn't handle DivX files yet. These have to be run through a converter. We use DivX Validator which I downloaded from Tucows. I've seen DivX players for Mac mentioned in some download sites, but I havedn't checked out any of them. Janet |

go to www.3ivx.com there are a lot of nice tools there for .avi also get doctor divx. Try using the divx valadator it used to be better than the doctor but have not used eather in a while.

MPlayer OS X plays divx files great, although the interface is obtuse (yet usable). It will play the avi files divx validator won't validate too!
