This getting so rediculous, I can't get anyone from support or even service to answer me. I have been in contact with support about 2 weeks ago, now nothing. I can't get the lancher to open. I bought pro twice now and can't even use it. I think they ought to give us the new cd. I tried everything including deleting all lime wire stuff, hoping that would make a installer work. But it doesn't do anything. I have downloaded around 15 installers. Anybody have any ideas??????
