The download site is ALWAYS SLOW to update. LW 4.4.4 was out for ages before the site updated the text.

There's not much difference b/w LW 4.0.8 & LW 4.0.9 See changes HERE (click on link) & 4.0.9 initial comment So the version you downlded will be 4.0.9 & ignore the installer version no. That's only the installer version not the version of LW it installs. It should improve things for you.

Yes uninstall the previous version 1st. It will only uninstall the the program folder nothing else!
