10.2 doesn't use the OS 9 system folder in the same way OS 9 and earlier did. Use command-F to look for "Shared" folders on your hard drive to find which one the OSX version of LW saves your downloads.

or--use the OSX find command to search for .mp3 files

Yep--getting used to the file organization with a new OS can be confusing!
