 That is correct. Apple chose to break Java 1.4 with their Panther upgrade, so features that are only present on Java 1.4 (such as scroll-wheel support) are missing. As soon as Apple decides to release a fix (via Software Update or other channels), LimeWire will regain the use of the scroll-wheel.
