Will I get viruses if I download pornography videos off Limwire onto my Mac if I have Norton AntiVirus?

No. Videos have no exe code. AFAIK the only way to get a virus/trojan through a video is if they know a security whole and use it, but this works only with ONE player.
You should always scan files with .zip, .rar, .exe (I believe Mac uses .sit files). If you aren´t sure which might be dangerous scan the files before you are using them. You should update your scanner at least all two weeks. Morgwen |
