limewire didnt give me my pro software, but i paid.

I have paid for the pro upgrade but have no software as yet. i have tried to contact limewire in every way possible for over 12 hours but still have had absolutley nothing.

if anyone knows how i can do something about this please let me know on here.

or if anyone from limewire even reads this, i want my software
