 I was getting great DL the first couple weeks of me getting my cable connection, but then it has stopped (I thought it was on account of me turning on the firewall for a bit. Maybe not.) Are you suggesting that my ISP just started throttling p2p a week ago? Well, thanks for the info. I'll try and call their tech support and find out. I'm rural and they are the only game in town.
