Try to stay away from T3 sources for new music; see: T3 Spammers
For movies I've heard T1 but no confirmation. Best thing is to preview the file to make sure it's ok. But then if you're previewing music that may mean it imports into iTunes.

After LW's been open for at least 30 mins Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image If it's True then that's good. IF it's False then there may be something partially blocking LW. It 'might' be affecting your downlds.
