I can NOT believe the email I got...how friggin ridiculous can tech support be??? Ok Im having issues downloading limewire pro as a lot of you are, I had a new hard drive put into my pc as the previous hard drive crashed on me...anyway LW is NOT working so I did what I thought may work...I contacted tech support..I put in all my info such as Im a mac user blah blah blah...what happens you ask??? They send me directions to fix the problem for windows!! GRRRRRRRRRRRR

No one's perfect. Send them another mail and hopefully they'll get it right next time.
