Blocking Hosts??

Hi guys!!

I am trying to block a host using mac osx but when i enter the number and press add it does not appear in the box an no message appears to let me know what has happened! (24.128.77.94:6346) I have used this area before with no problem.

Also is it possible to block host who download animal porn or under age porn.

Do you know how to unblock a host that you accidently blocked?

To block a host you must not enter the port no. or the colon before it. (:6346 eg)

To unblock you go to Limewire > preferences > filters > hosts > find the host in the list. highlight > clear (I think)>apply > OK Ithink this is right my LW is closed

I mistakenly blocked another use while chating, I saw these posts and tried to follow the directions given, but I see no Preferences field to start from. Normally, I would say that this is due to my major computert illiteracy but I think it may be because I currently use basic. Can anyone help?

Choke, open LW.
Click on the top left of the screen (not window) where it says Limewire (it's on the right of the Apple icon when LW is selected).
From the drop-menu, select the Preferences which should be the second selection available.

Alternatively, press simultaneously on your keyboard the Apple key and ,
