The problem with being redirected to artistdirect has been solved with the newest version of LW, which you can download here: http://www.limewire.com/

A general advice regarding downloads. Avoid files which show up in the search results with hundreds of hosts; choose from files with some 10-20 hosts. Also try o use the "Look up with Bitzi" function to check the file before you download it.
