Hey, I have a question.
When i'm using limewire to download a bunch of files at one time, if i leave my computer for a long enough time, the downloads stop. I come back and the download speeds have all been reduced to zero. After i shut limewire off and turn it back on, they start downloading again. I have disabled automatic sleep in the energy saver, but is there anything else i can do? I want to be able to keep downloading over night when i'm asleep. Thanks |

Quote:
Idle mode should not affect downloads. It doesn't for most people. It may in fact be related to your ISP setup. I've heard some require browsing or else they go a little inactive. If this rare scenario should be yours then you could keep an online page (one that refreshes every minute or so) in your browser active.
