| Here's one easy fix http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=86817 If the power cord is not the problem, maybe the serial number is covered under http://www.apple.com/support/imac/re...ensionprogram/ And as LOTR pointed out--hardware problems are not a LimeWire related problem. |

| I'll see if I can find out more later from apple about your issue. In the meantime, you can get this free utility called XRG (click on link). BTW it might be worth searching apple yourself for this issue. ![]() |
