I think Microsoft support are the people to ask that question to.
 Just register at their site or phone their nearest office. Actually I didn't even know there was a Office 2007 for mac. I know there's a 2008 which works fine on intel.  Oh wordpad .. isn't that a windows text program? I'm mostly a mac user so wouldn't know much about windows office. I normally keep the windows to the office closed.
