I Joined Pro For The Tech Support And Am Having Trouble Installing ********. It Either Tells Me To Insert Cd, Or Asks For The Product Key, Which I Have Know Idea On How To Get. If I Had The Cd Why Do I Need Limewire...
Where Is Their Support???

I Paid For A Service That Claimed To Have Tech Support And I Have Yet To Hear From Anybody.
They Didn't Take That Long To Take My Money!!!
And They Totally Misrepresent Themselves As A Company In General.
Even Free Services I Join Have Enough Respect For Their Clients To Respond To Emails...

As I said...tech support is to help those people having trouble running LW. Before you download either LW version, you agree that you will not use the app for downloading of copyrighted material...you seriously think anybody from tech support will help you to install a copyrighted program?
Not a chance.

LimeWire Support will ignore questions dealing with warez or copyright material. I know because one of the support techs told me. You also need to be a valid pro user who is still within 6 months of customer support period.
