When attempting to open program, it flicks on and then dies. What can I do?

If you still have the previous version installer, go back to it.

Same thing happens to me, I haven't found a solution yet. I went back to LW 4.16.6

Also, since you are a Pro user, email their support. I'd be very interested to know their response.

I also use Pro btw.
