just skip the concept of contacting the LW devs..the LW player has been completely lame for years and obviously they don't care....simply use another media player to play your tunes in...

but when previewing i prefer to listen to it to ensure its what i like...

as far as I remember files will preview in WMP and the like...go into the options and uncheck the box that sets the LW player as the default player..or..

shut up and deal with it...trust me, LW doesn't give a flip about their player and never has...
