How do I update now?

I opened limewire a wee bit ago and it said the new version was ready. I clicked the 'no' button... and now i can't get the update message again. i've tried relaunching the program a couple times... maybe the 'never show this again' was checked or something. if so, how do i update? i don't want to have to download all 11 megs over again.
