![]() The media player is a feature of the Windows version, not the Mac. I would also not recommend using the "launch" feature of Limewire. It has a tendency to hang up the computer for too long and may cause Limewire to freeze. Use iTunes or some other mp3 player to listen to your music once it has downloaded. With iTunes, you can leave the file in your library but access it from the iTunes library. If the files have QuickTime icons, drag the files to the open iTunes window. Or get a freeware program at versiontracker.com called iTunes Associator, which will change the file type and creator to that of iTunes. If you want to preview a video, make a copy of the unfinished file in the incomplete folder (apple+D) and view in QT (will not work on avi's or mov's, rm's are a bit tricky, but most mpg's are OK). |
