Unhappy Please Help ASAP!!!!

I am having no problem downloading mp3 files, but I have found it nearly impossible to launch the songs. I have tried numerous things suggested in the forum, but nothing is working. Any suggestions are appreciated. I am using a mac.

you have to put in ".mp3"

I'm sorry I don't know the terminology but click on the song title and it will show a box
with blue inside. Click on the end of the line and delete 4 characters and put in .mp3
instead and then get rid of the box. It will probably show QuickTime logo and just drop
into your mp3 player
and it will convert. That's what worked for me. Hope that helps.

Hi, If you have ITunes , you might want to try going to The Advanced section on the Menu Bar and click Convert to MP3....I have not had a Problem when I do this.....Good Luck

Default Try your Internet settings

Perhaps if you go to the apple icon in the menu bar, then to control panels, then to internet in the advanced section and select file maping you can solve your problem. All you have to do is to select all .mp3, .mpg3 and all music extensions you have in the list and change the application program that executes the songs. Sorry if my english is no good but is not my language, I hope you can find what I say useful, good luck
