An ultrapeeper is someone who has been highly trained in the art of spying on women while they get dressed. I think its a shadow government kind of thing. : )

Cute. very cute. Actually I think an ultrapeeper is a special high-end speaker that covers barely audible upper ranges, the opposite of a subwoofer. Then again, it could just be a parakeet on meth.
